Last updated: October 15, 2026

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of saintlaurent.ca and any related pages (the "Website"), operated by Saint Laurent Ltd. carrying on business as Saint-Laurent ("Saint-Laurent," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 4721 50 Ave, Leduc, Alberta T9E 6Y5.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Use of the Website

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as viewing our menu, learning about the restaurant, and contacting us.

You must be at least the age of majority in your province or territory of residence to make a purchase or other commitment through the Website, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. We may suspend or restrict access to the Website at any time, for any reason, without notice.

3. Menu, Pricing, and Hours

We try to keep menu items, prices, photos, hours of operation, and other information on the Website accurate and current. However, menus change, ingredients vary by supplier and season, and errors happen.

All information on the Website is subject to change without notice and is provided for general informational purposes only. Prices shown online are in Canadian dollars, exclude applicable taxes unless stated, and may differ from in-restaurant prices. In the event of a conflict, the prices and offerings in the restaurant at the time of purchase prevail. Photos are for illustration and may not reflect exact presentation or portion size.

4. Orders, Gift Cards, and Events

Online orders. Orders are accepted when confirmed by us. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing errors or unavailable items, in which case any payment taken will be refunded. Pickup times are estimates.

Gift cards. Gift cards are redeemable for food and beverages at Saint-Laurent, have no expiry date and no fees, as required by Alberta law, and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law. We are not responsible for lost or stolen cards.

Private events and catering. Private events and catering are governed by a separate written agreement, which prevails over these Terms where they conflict.

5. Allergens and Dietary Information

Our kitchen handles common allergens, including wheat and gluten, dairy, eggs, mustard, sesame, soy, fish, shellfish, peanuts, and tree nuts. Although we take care in preparation, we cannot guarantee that any item is free of allergens or cross-contact.

Allergen and dietary information on the Website is general and may not reflect recent recipe or supplier changes. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please speak with our staff before ordering every time you visit.

6. Email List and Communications

If you sign up for our email list, you consent to receive commercial electronic messages from Saint-Laurent, such as news, menu updates, events, and promotions, in accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

Every message will identify us and include an unsubscribe link. You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking that link or contacting us at the address in Section 13, and we will process your request within 10 business days.

7. Intellectual Property

The Website and its content, including the Saint-Laurent name and logo, text, menus, photographs, graphics, and design, are owned by or licensed to Saint-Laurent and protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws.

You may view and print pages for personal use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

8. Your Submissions and Conduct

If you send us reviews, photos, feedback, or other content ("Submissions"), you grant Saint-Laurent a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, and display them for any purpose, including marketing. You confirm you own or have the right to share each Submission.

When using the Website, you agree not to:

  • Break any applicable law or infringe anyone's rights
  • Submit false, defamatory, obscene, or harassing content
  • Interfere with the Website's operation, security, or servers, or introduce malware
  • Scrape, harvest data from, or use automated tools on the Website without our permission
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone

9. Third-Party Links and Services

The Website may link to or embed third-party services, such as online ordering or delivery apps, payment processors, maps, and social media. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy. Orders placed through third-party delivery apps are subject to the app's terms, including its refund policy.

10. Privacy

Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information, including information submitted through our email signup form, is described in our Privacy Policy. We handle personal information in accordance with Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and other applicable privacy laws.

11. Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnity

Disclaimer. The Website and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saint-Laurent and its owners, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Website. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Website will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us through the Website in the 12 months before the claim, or CAD $100.

Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Saint-Laurent and its owners, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website.

Consumer rights. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under Alberta's Consumer Protection Act or other consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by contract.

12. General

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta for any dispute relating to these Terms or the Website.

Changes. We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Website with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted means you accept them.

Severability and waiver. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

Entire agreement. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Saint-Laurent regarding the Website.
